Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Processing Time

All physical orders placed through the Bakkhali Bazaar are processed and handed over to our delivery partners within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location within India.

3. Shipment Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). You can also track your order directly from the "Track Delivery" section within our app.

4. Damaged Goods

Bakkhali.in partners with trusted logistics providers. However, if you receive a damaged product, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact us immediately at info@bakkhali.in to file a claim.
