Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Hotel Bookings Cancellation
Users may cancel their hotel bookings directly through the app. Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the check-in time are eligible for a 100% full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a 50% cancellation penalty on the base fare.
2. E-Commerce / Shop Returns
For physical goods purchased from the Bakkhali Bazaar, we offer a 7-Day Return Policy. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt. Perishable items (like certain foods) may not be eligible for returns.
3. Refund Processing Timeline
Once your cancellation or return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, UPI, Netbanking, etc.).
Please note: You will receive the credit within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your card issuer's or bank's policies.
